Valentin Kutscha

Valentin Kutscha studied law at the University of Bielefeld.
He completed his legal clerkship at the District Court of Münster, with stations at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (now BMWK) and the Chamber of Commerce of the District Court of Münster, among others.
Following his legal clerkship, Valentin Kutscha was admitted to the bar in 2022 and began his professional career at the law firm Sommerfeld-Majka-Reifig. The focus of his work is on corporate law as well as general civil law and labour & employment law advice.
