Sommerfeld-Majka-Reifig offers services for its clients since 1967. Therefore, our clients can rely on many years of experience and a seamless advice of our lawyers, public notaries and tax advisors. Originally started purely as a tax consultancy, Sommerfeld-Majka-Reifig has evolved into a modern “full-service law firm” for companies and entrepreneurs. We serve the needs of our clients from Germany and abroad. Our main focus is on clients running a business. However, we also advise private individuals within our range of services. Our team of specialised advisors combine their respective knowledge to the benefit of our clients and thus, provide understandable and practical legal and tax advice. Our public notaries assist in all matters where a notary public is required or helpful (e.g., real estate transactions, set-up of limited liability companies, transfer of certain shares in companies, formal submissions to the commercial registers, marriage contracts).

Notary

As an independent holder of a public office, a notary is obliged to be impartial. The main activity of a notary is the notarisation of legal transactions and the certification of signatures. In addition, they perform other tasks in the field of preventive legal service (e.g. preventive power of attorney).

Take advantage of the many parking spaces

- Access to the client parking lot is only possible via Weseler Straße, heading toward Schlossplatz / Downtown.
- You will recognize the entrance by an archway between the buildings. Reserved parking spaces are available behind the office building for your visit.
- Please note:
- Access from the opposite direction—coming from Schlossplatz — is not possible due to traffic conditions.
- When leaving the parking area, you may only turn right — toward Schlossplatz.
