Fabian Suiver, LL.B., LL.M.

Fabian Suiver began his professional career with a dual study program in tax law (LL.B.) in Paderborn. He then studied law with a focus on tax law in Cologne. He completed his legal clerkship in Münster and also completed a Master’s degree (LL.M.) at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster in the field of inheritance law and corporate succession. Fabian Suiver was admitted to the bar in 2023.

After initially working for the international auditing and tax consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC Legal) in the area of succession / assets / foundations, he joined the law firm Sommerfeld-Majka-Reifig as an employed lawyer in 2024. He has been recognized as a specialist for business succession (by DStV e.V.) since September 2024.
